About the Company Novembri Consulting, LLC was formed to assist electric utilities achieve best-in-class UVM programs. Novembri Consulting provides consulting services that focus on overall UVM program efficacy, which includes maintaining service reliability standards, meeting regulatory requirements, and the efficient and effective use of contract manpower while maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
Robert R. Novembri - President Robert is the Founder and President of Novembri Consulting, LLC, which was formed in 2007. During a brief time away from consulting (2009-2013) Robert was a Senior Investigator with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, where among other activities, assisted in the development of the ERO Best Practices for Vegetation Management, NERC lead on the inquiry into the October 2011 Northeast Snowstorm, and participated in the development of the NERC vegetation management standard, FAC-003 Versions 2 and 3. Prior to forming Novembri Consulting, Robert served as Partner and CEO of CN Utility Consulting, LLC from 1999 to 2006. CNUC principals were an integral part of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's investigation into the 2003 Northeast Blackout. Prior to CNUC, Robert was the Director of Vegetation Management Operations at Pacific Gas & Electric Company. In this capacity, and as part of his 30-year career at PG&E, he was responsible for all field operations at one of the largest vegetation management programs in the United States. Robert led the effort to develop Utility Best Management Practices for Tree Risk Assessment and Abatement for Fire-Prone States and Provinces, has presented at numerous industry events, and has published articles in the ISA Journal of Arboriculture (Arboriculture & Urban Forestry) and the UAA Newsletter (Utility Arborist Newsline).
